HOW TO CUSTOMISE?
Order Confirmation & Communication:
After you place your order, we’ll text you on WhatsApp to confirm and get your customization details and images. And just so you know, we respect your privacy, which is why we don’t store your personal images on third-party apps – only Google gets to peek in.
Customization Request:
Your vision matters to us! After we confirm your order, send us your customization requests on WhatsApp, along with any images you want to include. We’re here to make your gift perfectly yours – let’s get creative together!
Order Process & Important Information:
We know it’s a little inconvenient to pay before getting a confirmation, but hang tight – we’re on it! Orders placed before 10 PM will be confirmed within 3 hours. Orders placed after 10 PM will be confirmed the next morning, so don’t worry, we’ll give it the attention it deserves. Thanks for your patience while we perfect your order!
Stock Availability & Refund Policy:
We aim to keep everything in stock, but if something’s unavailable, we’ll let you know right away. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll process a full refund within 24 hours. No stress, just a seamless experience.

We ship globally (except Mars) with a processing time of 5 business days (or 3 if you’re in a hurry).
- In India: Delivery within 2-3 business days via DTDC Priority after your custom order is shipped.
- International: Rates vary—contact us for details.
- Costs: Free shipping on orders over ₹654, ₹30 for some local products, and international rates depend on your location. We also offer custom delivery for ₹60.
- Tracking: You'll get a tracking ID via WhatsApp once shipped.
- Shipping Partners: We use India Postal Services or DTDC.
- Damaged Goods: We’ll help if your item arrives damaged—check our REFUND POLICY for details.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept cancellations or refunds. But we’ll replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Changes to Orders: You can request changes within 12 hours of confirming an order (except express deliveries).
- Perishable Items: No cancellations, but we’ll replace them if there’s an issue.
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours with video proof, and we’ll replace it within 7 days.
- Warranty Items: Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
- Replacements Only: We offer replacements, not refunds, to ensure your satisfaction.
